1. Payment & Order Policy

Payment must be made within 48 hours of placing your order to secure stock.

Orders not paid within this timeframe may be cancelled without notice.

Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
2. Pre-Order Items

Products listed as pre-orders will ship on or after the official release date.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it may be held until all items are ready to ship. For faster delivery, please place separate orders.

Estimated release dates are based on supplier information and may be subject to change.
3. Pre-Order Limits & Fair Use Policy

Strict purchase limits apply to select pre-order items, particularly those with high demand or limited availability.

These limits are enforced per household (based on name, shipping address, and/or payment method).

Any duplicate or excessive orders from the same household may be cancelled entirely without notice.

This policy is in place to ensure fair access to limited stock for all collectors and customers.
4. Refunds & Returns
We comply with all obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:

The product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind once an order has been shipped

Damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery
To request a return, please get in touch with us within three business days of receiving your order, including photos of the item and packaging where applicable.
5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are securely packed to ensure safe delivery.

Once your parcel is shipped, we will provide tracking information via email.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or losses caused by the courier, but we’ll assist with claims wherever possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for items lost due to incorrect address details.
6. Product Condition

All sealed products are sourced from official distributors and handled with care.

Single cards (raw or graded) are listed, accompanied by condition notes where applicable. Please review photos or contact us before purchase if you require clarification.
